Blazers and Grizzlies meet on Tuesday in an A-conference duel.

If the Notre Dame Prep and Garrison Forest game set for April 4th was an NFL game it would be flexed to a prime time slot.

Both teams entered the season with promise. The Blazers (4–0) and Grizzlies (2–1) both reached the IAAM-A conference postseason last year.

Notre Dame Prep is coached by the great Mac Ford who is entering his second season with a plethora of talent. The Blazers senior class is loaded with 20 college commits. And that’s just the senior class. Watch out for Keegan Barger (Hopkins) and Grace Haus (Florida). NDP already has two conferences wins and a win over Bishop Ireton (VA) (who was ranked in top 5 at time of win).

As for GFS, the Grizzlies are feeling pretty good about themselves. Garrison Forest gave top ranked McDonogh a run for their money last week. Only losing to the Eagles by two goals. The game was a wake up call for McDonogh, that’s for sure. Senior Samantha Fiedler (Loyola) will lead the way for GFS.
